I'm baaaaaaack!!!

Hell Yeah! My new computer just arrived in the mail today and im up and online again. Surprisingly i havent drawn or written anything worth posting in this down time(most of it was spent wallowing in self pity over the second failed love attempt this month). My other media of choice, roller coasters, is dependent on my computer working and kicking ass, such as my new one is now, but i dont have a copy of it yet. I may just wait and buy the updated version of no limits, dubbed No Limits 2, but i dunno when that's coming out. Sometime this year hopefully, but no one knows for sure.



I havent explored this any, so now's as good as any: Anybody who has a favorite rollercoaster, either new, old or decommisioned and wishes to see it reconstructed, tell me. I need practice and i dont have the motivation to get designing on my own. So, give me a name, a park and company(if you can) of the coaster you wish me to remake, and ill try and make it happen. Know that im not so good yet, but thats what this is about, right; Practice?

no worries, my computer is an epic fail anyways. The stupid thing wont work even with the new drive. As far as i can tell, which isnt far at all, theres nothing else fried in the tower, so i have no idea what the problem is. Im gonna be taking it to Fry's one of these days and have them run a diagnostics. If they cant fix it, ill be needing something new.

Grandparents arent so bad... least not mine. My grandpa and i used to go skiing all the time and my grandma, no relation to said grandpa, is an amazing cook(even if she's old and bitchy all the time ^_^).

Heh, i suppose you deserve a better critique than what i gave. Was a bit tired then.

Well, you really captured the feel of a truly romantic moment between (wild guess here) Fox and Krystal(correct?). From my experience, i've found it quite hard to put believable emotion into my drawings, and harder still to have the perfect balance between subtlety and making it easy for the viewer to get the meaning of the picture. You did that and then some with this. The lighting, poses, and even facial expressions came together in a perfect display of affection, melancholy and conflict.

I think that fits the bill a bit better than my original comment. ^_^, hope you like it.

Now, that I love to hear! (Love critique especially when it's insightful.) And it's also great to hear that I captured the moment and brought to life what I was aiming for. (The fact that Krystal moved the couch in to the closet and then "trapped" (not really, he was willing) Fox in there with her.) *laughs* But even if just one person gets the same emotion and feelings out of one of my artworks it's a great feeling. (Makes you feel accomplished and gives you the incentive to make more art.) But I'll agree getting emotion in to drawn pieces is very hard. (I rarely draw and when I do it just feels failed no matter how good everyone says it is.) But then again we artists are our own worst critique. Thank you for your thoughtful critique. :D It's words like yours that make creating artwork worth all the effort. *bows and smiles*
